Here comes February and all of the shenanigans that Valentine’s Day brings. If you’re newly engaged (or thinking about asking someone to marry you), congratulations! If you’re still hopeful, well, there’s time yet, don’t despair. We could do the same old Valentine’s blog post that everyone else is doing out there in the mobile bar hire world, but us being us, we thought we would bring you something slightly different.
There are some really great occasions coming up this year which will give anyone an excuse to throw a party, so in no particular order, here are our top reasons for booking a bar from Neptune Mobile Bar Hire in 2022:
The Queen’s Jubilee
Who doesn’t love a good old knees up in honour of Her Majesty The Queen? Even if you’re not a royalist, we reckon that this extra bank holiday in June is not only a welcome addition to our tally of days off, but also a fantastic chance to get to know your neighbours. Whether you live in a town, a city or a village, we bet that you can get your heads together to come up with a plan for a party.
If you’re struggling to know where to start with the planning or anything to do with licencing, don’t forget that we can apply to the relevant council for a TENS (Temporary Events Notice) licence on your behalf.
We’re already receiving enquiries about this, so don’t leave it too long!
Glastonbury Festival
Broadly recognised as one of the largest outdoor music events in the world, Glastonbury Festival is set to return to Worthy Farm in June. If you didn’t manage to get a ticket, we feel your pain, but why not create a mini festival in your own back garden? There should be some excellent television coverage available so with a little bit of imagination (and with a choice from a range of different types of bars to suit any set up and budget), we can help you and your friends to feel as though you’re in the thick of it. Why not invite the neighbours too?
Of course, the only thing that we can’t provide is the mud, although as we eat, sleep and breathe customer service, we never say never!
The World Cup
Okay, we have to hold our hands up and admit that we’re not massive football fans, however even we recognise a great excuse for a party when we see one! Whether you want to mark the start of the competition, England’s first game, or to celebrate the end of the tournament (fingers crossed that our national team can manage to hang in there long enough to be victorious), we reckon that we can provide a bar that’s right for such a prestigious occasion.
The World Cup takes place in December, so why not kill two birds with one stone and have a World Cup Christmas party?!
