At Neptune Bars, we are all about providing a personal, bespoke mobile bar hire service to our clients, no matter what the occasion. Historically, we have occasionally been asked to provide a bar for smaller events and traditionally we have declined such requests because in all honesty, it’s not cost-effective for us. We have to consider staff overheads and all of the other costs that go with providing a fully staffed and stocked bar.
However, our Director, Mat, prides himself on knowing his market inside out and really doesn’t like to disappoint potential clients. In recent months, we have seen a marked increase in requests for mobile bar hire for events with under fifty guests. This prompted Mat to sit down and work out how we can provide a mobile bar on a smaller scale, yet with the same exceptional level of service that Neptune customers expect.
Drumroll, please …
We are therefore excited to introduce our new offering … the Neptune ‘Mini Bar’. Designed for more intimate events of between twenty-five to fifty guests, the Mini Bar will offer a more compact selection of drinks (although obviously still premium - we will never serve any own-brand supermarket plonk) which can be provided either at your home or in the venue of your choice.
The bar will be serviced by one fully trained, experienced and uniformed member of staff for a maximum of five hours. As you would expect, we would never enforce a minimum bar spend, as we believe that to do so encourages an irresponsible level of drinking. If you hire a Mini Bar you will also not be asked to pay a deposit.
What’s the catch?
As usual, with Neptune, there is no catch! There are no hidden fees or costs to pay after the event (except in the very rare case of breakages or damage, obviously). All we ask is that you pay our one-off booking fee of £200. This guarantees the date for you and your guests, along with a truly professional, event-enhancing service on the day.
Mat is very proud to be able to offer many different options to suit all budgets and occasions and the Mini Bar is just the latest addition to the Neptune range. In fact, we have rolled out lots of new options over the last couple of years, so here is a reminder of what we can provide for you:
