My name is Mat Butler, and I am the founder & owner of Neptune Bars. I established this business in 2017 to supply my clients with a high quality but competitively priced bar service for their parties, weddings and corporate events. I have spent over a decade in the bar and restaurant trade, both managing other establishments and running my own pub/restaurant.

I am a fervent believer in excellent customer service and I will go out of my way to ensure your event has the right range of products, served by experienced staff, at a reasonable price, with the minimal amount of hassle. Neptune Bar Hire specialises in providing top quality mobile bar hire across Kent, London and the South East. With a successful background in the hospitality industry, we are experts in supplying the perfect bar service for all types of events, from weddings and private parties to corporate events and product launches.

We take pride in tailoring our service to our clients’ needs and have a range of bars to complement any decorative scheme. Whether you want a simple rustic effect mobile bar or an elaborate LED backlit bar, we can service your needs.

Our event bar hire service only ever offers premium branded beers and spirits at pub or bar prices and we offer an extensive range of brands & products.

Neptune Bar Hire believes in putting the customer first; after all it’s your event that we are catering for. Square pegs don’t fit into round holes and we don't offer a 'one-size fits all' service. Tell us where and when you want your bar to be available and we’ll make sure it’s there. Select the drinks you require and we’ll deliver them. After all, no-one wants to worry at their own party, that’s our job!

NEPTUNE BAR HIRE PACKAGES

The first is a standard PAY BAR where your guests can simply order their drinks from the bar and pay in just the same way you would in a pub or bar.

If you want to offer your guests a LIMITED BAR or limited amount of drinks, then we can agree a pre-set limit in advance of your event and notify you when the limit is reached, with the bar then reverting to a standard pay bar.

We can offer you a TOKEN SYSTEM, where your guests are provided with tokens which they can exchange for drinks at the bar. This tends to work well at weddings where, for example, you may wish to enable close family to drink on your account, whilst your other guests pay as normal.

Finally, you can simply have a FREE BAR for all your guests to consume whatever drinks they care to order! We do, however, always ensure that they can only order single-shot drinks and regular size glasses of wine because we are aware that whilst the bar is free to your guests, you are still picking up the tab!

I was very nervous about hiring a mobile bar as I have never done this before but, from the first time Matt contacted me, he put me at ease - I could not ask for more… very professional. Amazing stock of Alcohol, if we wanted anything special he was happy to get it for us. Feedback from guests was that both barmen were polite and happy. One guest was asked if they wanted a favour tonic she said yes and really enjoyed it. Kept the bar clean and they took all the rubbish away with them. I could not recommend them enough, hopefully we will use you again in the future … thank you for making our 60th birthday a night to remember.

Highly recommend Neptune Bars!! We used them for our wedding. Mat (owner) is so lovely, really easy to speak to and is so patient. Nothing was too much of an issue and really easy to get hold of. They are so different from your typical normal rent a bar! The staff we had on the night were fantastic too and so friendly. I honestly can’t fault anything. Everything was so easy and went very smoothly.

Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone. Would definitely use you again for another event in the future!!

Mat was fab! It's tricky these days to find people that go over & above in order to deliver, but Neptune Bars did just this.

For our School Leavers Ball, Neptune provided a full bar for a set of giddy 18 year olds, post A levels; the set up was smooth, bar service quick & friendly, clear up went without a hitch. Would have no doubt to recommend Mat & his team if you want someone knowledgeable, friendly & professional to provide & run your full bar, complete with glasses, ice & no mess!

Neptune Bars ran the bar at a combined 50th/18th birthday party for us. Mat came out, sized up the space and quickly got the measure of the guests, the numbers and how we wanted to approach things. The very next day he produced a clear and great value quote. As an added bonus he also recommended some people to do the catering. In the end we went with one of his recommendations and they were brilliant too. On the night it all went flawlessly. The guests were looked after attentively all night and the flow never stopped.
